Terms and Conditions

1. STUDIO USE 

  • We have a strict no cell phone policy while working out. Personal belongings, bags, coats, and technology must be stored outside of the workout area in the designated space. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • All participants must be 18 years or older.

  • No shoes are allowed within the studio. Grip socks must be worn at all times.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Children under 18 are not permitted to wait unattended on location due to liability and safety purposes.

  • The Hot Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

2. MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS 

  • All classes and memberships must be prepaid. Active accounts must have a valid credit card on file.

  • All sales are final. Classes and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended except as explicitly allowed in membership terms.

  • Coaches and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please check our app and class schedule for updates.

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically after any minimum commitment period and require 30 days written notice for cancellation.

  • Memberships and class packs are non-transferable unless specified in individual membership agreements.

3. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

  • Booking Windows:

    • Founders Unlimited / Unlimited Yearly Membership: book classes up to 14 days in advance.

    • Regular Unlimited Monthly Membership & Class Packs: book classes up to 7 days in advance.

  • Cancellation: Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late-cancel fee.

  • Late-cancel fees: $15 per occurrence.

  • No-show fees: $25 per occurrence.

  • Members on multiple waitlists who get into multiple classes will incur late-cancel/no-show fees for each class missed.

  • Members may be added to class from the waitlist up to 90 minutes prior to the start time.

  • Class credits: Unlimited memberships do not use class credits. For class packs, unused credits are handled according to the individual package terms.

4. STUDIO POLICIES 

  • New clients: Arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session to receive proper safety instruction and allow coaches to review any limitations or injuries. Late arrival may prevent participation.

  • Existing clients: Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in your spot being given to a standby student.

  • The studio may cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, weather, or other circumstances.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY 

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Members must notify instructors of injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.

  • The Hot Room is not responsible for monitoring individual health conditions.

  • Heated classes may exceed 90°F.

  • Hydrate before, during, and after class.

  • Pregnant clients should consult their physician before participating.

6. LIABILITY 

By attending class, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, or medical emergencies.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Corehouse LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation.
